Topic: Managing a Business

Having a Terms of Use page for your website may be the dullest page on your website, but it is also one of the most important pages. This page sets the rules for those who visit your website, and it may very well limit your liability if a customer takes you to court. On top of the Terms of Use page also protects your rights to the content in your website. If you are ever facing a legal battle, a court will look at your Terms of Use page to determine the contract established between you and users of your website. That being said, this seminar is not boring to all you savvy entrepreneurs out there. So, don’t ignore this very important page to every business on the internet.
