The SBA changed the process for qualifying for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). There is a lot of misinformation and lack of clarity about these changes that may impact your status as a WOSB/EDWOSB. This webinar will clear up some of the confusion and help guide you on how to become a certified WOSB/EDWOSB. Some topics covered will be: - How do I use 3rd party certification - Where do apply for certification - Common mistakes and document requests - How long am I self certified IMPORTANT: The link to the webinar will be sent out 1-2 hours prior to the start of the webinar to those registered. It is best viewed on a desktop, or screen larger than a smartphone (i.e. iPad, etc.). If you are unable to attend the class, please notify us promptly. Refunds will be made in accordance with our published cancellation policy. ** CANCELLATION POLICY: *Please review carefully for our cancellation policy has changed as of January 1, 2016. -Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee. -Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment. -Participants wishing to receive a refund and have cancelled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
