If you have an online presence or business, then you may have heard you need a privacy policy. This seminar will answer some of your burning questions including - are you legally required to have a privacy policy on your website (the answer is YES), what language should be in your website privacy policy, what is the purpose of a website privacy policy, and how can you make sure your privacy policy is in compliance with the law. So, come and learn about one of the most important legal documents that you are required to have on your website. As more of us move our businesses to the internet during the pandemic, this is some important information to consider about your website! Join us, virtually, for this informative session! A link will be sent to attendees 1-2 hours prior to the start of the workshop. IMPORTANT: It is best viewed on a desktop, or screen larger than a smartphone (i.e. iPad, etc.).
