First Friday Networking Breakfast from 8am - 9:30am. If you want do a 30 second introduction of yourself and your business (or business idea) please make sure you arrive and are in your seat by 8am. Please arrive on time. The cost is $10. Topic: Taking the Guess WorkOut of Outsourcing You know you could be using your time more effectively. You’ve identified some tasks in your business that you could outsource and know this would be great for the growth of your business. But you don’t know how to take the next step. In this workshop, you will discover the next couple of steps you need to take in order to bring in some outside assistance. We will tackle some of the most frequently asked questions, like cost, finding the right person, and how the work gets done. You will leave with a handout of questions to ask potential independent contractors and a few lessons learned from my experiences working with multiple entrepreneurs across industries.
