NEW: Have you ever applied for a loan and been denied? Would you like to apply for a loan but have no clear idea as to what documentation is needed or why they’re important to the financing process? Do you need to prepare a loan package and need guidance in preparing it? If you’d like to present to your lender a more than decent loan package, then this workshop is for you! This training session will be an interactive hands-on workshop to help you understand the fundamentals of preparing for funding. You will learn what lenders look for on key financial documents including your personal financial statement, debt scheduled, balance sheet, cash flow, forecasts and other key financial components of a solid loan package. Cost: $35 Please arrive on time for CBP classes and events. Arriving 30+ minutes late may jeopardize your entry into the class or event. Please call or email as soon as possible if you are going to be late. CANCELLATION POLICY: *Please review carefully for our cancellation policy has changed as of January 1, 2016. -Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee. -Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment. -Participants wishing to receive a refund and have cancelled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee. ****This event is held at our center in Springfield - unless noted otherwise.
